本事务所在全球经济中心的美国，运用目前已经积累的丰富的业务联盟网络，与当地律师事务所等合作，为客户提供了优质高效的服务。业务领域从跨境并购、金融、股票上市、基金组建、监管当局响应配合，到知识产权、诉讼和仲裁等纠纷处理、当地投资协助等，涉及众多领域。2020年，作为北美和中南美地区的新据点，成立了美国纽约合作办公室(正式名称：Atsumi & Sakai New York LLP)。纽约合作办公室与东京事务所等其他据点合作，从对内对外的两方面，从日本法和美国法的两方面，旨在为国内外的客户提供更加充实完备的法律服务。

 

部分代表性业绩   在对美国地方天然气供应公司的收购项目中，代理日本大型天然气公司，对融资、与政府监管部门的协调、税收优惠措施的研讨等，提供全方位法律咨询。 在日本公正交易委员会以及外国反垄断监管当局发动的卡特尔调查中，代理多个日本以及国外汽车零部件制造商，负责申请宽大措施和宽恕标记（Marker）、参加证人询问、根据各国反垄断监管当局的信息披露要求制作文件等。 就在美国的集团诉讼以及日本和外国管辖的客户之间的损害赔偿交涉案件，提供法律建议。 为美国大型外汇交易公司，就在日本的多个其他同业公司的收购、合并、公司分立而产生的业务承继和业务合作等提供相关法律建议（包括交易结构策划、与交易对方的谈判、与金融厅和关东财务局等的联络沟通）。 作为美国私募股权投资公司的主要法律顾问，就通过隐名合伙（TK）结构对日本滑雪度假村及其相关业务进行收购案件，提供法律咨询。 在美国业务振兴基金收购企业时，作为日本法顾问，实施法律尽职调查、制作尽职调查报告以及提供其他建议。
