HR System Reforms
A number of issues that cannot be handled by traditional HR systems have recently arisen. These include an enormous increase in working from home triggered by the coronavirus, increasing engagement in side-jobs and concurrent positions, government promotion of work style reform, equal pay for equal work issues, the introduction of job descriptions and using HR system reform as a means of attracting and retaining talent. Atsumi & Sakai provides a broad range of advice and support related to HR system reforms in Japan, and can also assist on compliance with foreign laws when introducing a unified global HR system to a group of companies including entities both in Japan and overseas through our overseas offices and correspondent law firms.
