Atsumi & Sakai Brussels EU was established in 2024 in Brussels, the heart of the European Union, as the Brussels office of leading Tokyo-based law firm Atsumi & Sakai.
 
Atsumi & Sakai Brussels EU understands the unique culture and mindset of the EU and strives to accurately track its fluctuations. If necessary, by utilizing our network of local experts and other resources, we are able to provide advice in Japanese on a variety of EU law matters, with a focus on EU competition law, that are appropriate for Japanese companies. We can also enlist the assistance of attorneys in our Tokyo office, particularly in our Antitrust /Competition, and European practice teams.
 
In addition to providing legal advice to clients preparing to enter the European market and assisting them in the EU member countries involved, we also provide referrals to appropriate attorneys for Japanese legal matters.
