For matters not mentioned in the Policy, please refer to our "Privacy Policy," "Privacy Policy for Europe," and "New York Affiliate Office Privacy Policy" (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "A&S Privacy Policies"). This Policy shall apply together with the A&S' Privacy Policies, but the "Privacy Policy for Europe" shall prevail over this Policy with respect to data subjects residing in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, as well as those residing in other countries whose data is handled by A&S Germany, A&S UK or A&S Brussels to the extent that this Policy contradicts the A&S Privacy Policies.

 
We may from time-to-time revise this Policy and the A&S Privacy Policies and will post the updated policies on this website.
