This Policy shall apply together with the A&S' Privacy Policies, but the "Privacy Policy for Europe" shall prevail over this Policy with respect to data subjects residing in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, as well as those residing in other countries whose data is handled by A&S Germany or A&S UK to the extent that this Policy contradicts the A&S Privacy Policies.
