Atsumi & Sakai Legal Professional Corporation was awarded the 2-star "Eruboshi" certification under the Women's Participation Promotion Act.

The Eruboshi certification is founded on the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace (Women's Participation Promotion Act), and is granted to entities that have formulated and submitted a general employer action plan and have met certain requirements, such as those achieving excellent status of implementation of initiatives for promoting women's participation in the workplace.
