国际仲裁

国际仲裁是由纠纷当事人就国际商业纠纷选任仲裁员解决纠纷的制度，优点是在海外的可执行性很高、通过非公开程序保护商业秘密、由精通国际商务的专业性的和中立的仲裁员解决纠纷等。由于这些特点，近年来，国际仲裁作为解决企业间国际纠纷的手段，逐渐成为全球标准。本事务所针对国际商会(ICC)、美国仲裁协会(AAA·ICDR)、伦敦国际仲裁法院(LCIA)、新加坡国际仲裁中心(SIAC)、日本商事仲裁协会(JCAA)、WIPO（世界知识产权组织）仲裁与调解中心等主要仲裁机构的国际仲裁，拥有代理日本企业及海外企业解决复杂且最前沿的国际商务纷争的实绩。
