Yuri Suzuki, Partner, Fumiko Oikawa, Partner, Eiichiro Hata, Partner, Naoki Kanehisa, Partner, and other lawyers, in collaboration with KPMG Consulting and KPMG AZSA LLC, published an English language guidebook outlining the procedures necessary for foreign asset managers and Fintech companies to establish a business presence in Japan; the guidebook was prepared at the request of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
