The Indonesia/Malaysia Practice Team is comprised mainly of lawyers with experience working in leading law firms in Indonesia (Hadiputranto Hadinoto & Partners (Baker McKenzie), Mataram Partners, Mochtar Karuwin Komar, Assegaf Hamzah & Partners, and Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo) and Malaysia (Chooi & Company + Cheang & Ariff) As such, they are familiar with local practices and equipped to provide practical advice based on an understanding of various legal issues specific to the area.
