“Study Report on Overseas Stablecoin Use Cases and Analysis of Related Regulations,” a survey commissioned by the Financial Services Agency to lawyers of our firm, has been published on the website of the Financial Services Agency.

 

The purpose of the report is to understand and analyze trends in regulations and business use cases related to stablecoin in the U.S., and to use this information for future FSA policies.
