Atsumi & Sakai is advising the Sponsors of Ramky Group on its USD 100 M investment in Japan’s green technology

Atsumi & Sakai is advising the Sponsors of Ramky Group, a leader in environmental and infrastructure development headquartered in India, on its project to invest USD100 million in SMEs and startups specializing in environmental technologies in Japan.

 

On September 29, 2023 Ramky Group and Kitakyushu City signed an MOU to collaborate and export Kitakyushu’s successful recycling technologies and methods to Asia, including India. Ramky Group has formed a subsidiary in Japan, P9 GK, through which Ramky Group will participate in technology development in various sectors, including life sciences, infrastructure, and waste management.
