German Office with a new structure: "Atsumi Sakai Janssen Rechtsanwalts- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH"

We are pleased to announce that as of August 18, 2020, our Frankfurt Affiliate Office converted to a new structure as Atsumi Sakai Janssen Rechtsanwalts- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH.

Our Frankfurt Affiliate Office, a legal professional corporation, has welcomed two partners, Mr. Enno Zipse^*, an attorney admitted in Germany, and Ms. Miyuki Hanaoka^**, a licensed tax accountant in Germany. This fortunate situation has made it possible for the office to operate both as a lawyer's office and a tax accountant's office.

It has been six years since Atsumi & Sakai expanded into Europe as the only Japanese law firm with offices in London and Frankfurt. Through our local presence, we respond to various cultures and mindsets in those regions.　Furthermore, our local presence facilitates building cooperative relationships with local law firms.

We continue to meet the diverse needs of our clients from both a legal and tax perspective, which is essential for business development in Europe.
