Kohei Murakawa, Partner, has been certified as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).

 

The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators has over 16,000 members in 149 countries and is supported by an international network of multiple branches.

 

It seeks to promote greater understanding and use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods, and offers a range of education and training courses and qualifications in the various disciplines of dispute resolution.

 

MCIArb status indicates a high level of knowledge and/or experience in dispute resolution.
