In the civil rehabilitation proceedings of Kabushiki Kaisha Pastel filed by lawyers of our firm acting as the representative of the debtor, a rehabilitation plan was approved on August 8, 2018, and became final and binding on September 4, 2018

In regards to the civil rehabilitation proceedings of Kabushiki Kaisha Pastel (Fukushima District Court, Koriyama Branch, Heisei 30 (i.e., 2018) (sai), No. 1) and Kabushiki Kaisha Tsuruwa (same as above, No. 2), represented by lawyers of our firm Toyoki Emoto (Senior Partner) who took the lead, Norio Suzuki (Partner), Kazuya Sato (Partner), Hayato Kimura (Associate), Genki Mizokuchi (Associate), Toshinori Watanabe (Associate), Toshihiro Iso (Associate), Atsushi Udagawa (Associate), Tomohiro Kobayashi (Associate), and Hiroshi Mikami (Associate), a meeting of creditors was held at the Fukushima District Court, Koriyama Branch, on August 8, 2018.  At the meeting,  XEBIO HOLDINGS CO., LTD, listed in the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange being the sponsor, a rehabilitation plan for Kabushiki Kaisha Pastel was approved by 100% of the voting right holders who voted for Kabushiki Kaisha Pastel, by persons with the sum of voting rights that accounted for 99.35% of the amount of total voting rights thereof, and a rehabilitation plan for Kabushiki Kaisha Tsuruwa was approved by 98.02% of the voting right holders who voted for Kabushiki Kaisha Tsuruwa, by persons with the sum of voting rights that accounted for 97.48% of the amount of total voting rights thereof.  On the same date, the same court approved the rehabilitation plan, and it became final and binding on September 4, 2018.
