Yuri Suzuki (Partner), Eiichiro Hara (Partner), Masayuki Matsuura (Partner), Naoki Kanehisa (Partner), and other lawyers, in collaboration with PwC Consulting LLC, published an English language guidebook outlining the procedures necessary for foreign asset managers to establish a business presence in Japan; the guidebook was prepared at the request of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
