Attorneys Toyoki Emoto, Partner, Kazuya Sato acted as representatives of the Hagi Gakuen Educational Association (Yamaguchi University of Human Welfare and Culture) in its second petition for civil rehabilitation proceedings (Yamaguchi District Court, (Sai) Case No. 1 of 2012).  The rehabilitation plan passed at a meeting of creditors on November 30, 2012, was authorized by the Yamaguchi District Court on the same day and became effective on December 26, 2012.
