Fumiko Oikawa has come back to the Firm as of May 7, 2007. She was seconded to the Planning and Coordination Bureau of the Financial Services Agency from December 2004 to April 2007, and managed the development of the Insurance Business Law along with the modernization of Company Law, and the planning of the Trust Business Law and other laws modernized together with the Trust Law.
